Infinity Planning is a business dedicated to helping you to improve your home or to assist in ensuring standards are met within your newly purchased home. Infinity Planning deliver the highest quality, most reliable design, planning and snagging services North Essex and South Suffolk. From our base in Colchester; Infinity Planning is well placed to serve to serve these areas quickly and efficiently.

The business was formed by construction professionals with a wide range of skills including architectural design, surveying, project management and on-site work. Infinity Planning brings together in excess of twenty-five years’ of senior level experience in the construction industry.

Via our Employee Ownership model, all staff own a share in the business; meaning they are directly responsible for the success of the business and their own futures.

All work is carried out by our own staff, with minimal use of sub-contractors enabling us to manage activities within your home far more closely. Infinity Planning is committed to ensuring that only the best staff are used. We have a stringent recruitment process in place, with all staff assessed for their competence in their respective fields (e.g. RICS). Ongoing training and development is a continual investment for all staff.

All staff are verified via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), ensuring your absolute peace of mind over our staff entering your home.
